Citadel, Charleston, S.C.

I've been to most of the Pecha Kucha events and still stumble over the name so this sign cracked me up.

Thanks to all the organizers and volunteers. It's great to see what creative minds are coming up with in the lowcountry. This session was held on the Citadel campus and was sold out once again. We were told to follow the bagpiper but it was the upside down sign that tickled me.

Oh, I wanted to go - and didn't realize that they sold out so quickly! Did you see the young woman who got her hair cut (as she describes it, 'an 80s rocker style shag?) - that was a doctoral student in my lab, and I was bummed that I missed it! I'll know now to get my tickets way in advance.

Pam - I did see it! They whipped her into shape impossibly fast. That was the best and most entertaining presentation.

They did sell out. There were quite a few people standing. I had an extra ticket but luckily found a friend who could go at the last minute.
